Excellent service, delicious food, generous portions. This restaurant is a hidden gem! The service is very quick, the food comes out fast, and everything is clean and tasty. We ordered the beef brisket and the beef kimchi, with a mango sago drink. The broths were very different but both deep and rich. The kimchi one especially was our favorite. The server helped us with what order to put all the stuff in the hot stone bowl of broth. The meat quality was excellent and the rice noodles had the perfect texture. Highly recommend you try this place if you like hotpot!

My family and I enjoyed this tasty kind of like hot pot soup place on a cold Monday night dinner. It was a pretty quiet night but the servers were very fast and chatty with us the entire dinner. We tried all the broths because we were a party of 5. My favorite was the pork bone one but all of them were very satisfying. It doesn't seem like a lot of food but it really does fill you up. It also comes with a lot of protein- the brisket and tendon was delicious. We also tried the black fungus in vinegar and that was really well seasoned. Would definitely come back

tl;dr great Yunnan rice noodle soup and perfect S&P fried tofu but *small* side ingredients leave you craving more Visiting from San Jose and was craving Yunnan soup. I've been to a lot of noodles places and I was happy to see this type of soup up here. Both soups come in a sizzling bowl (similar to how they serve Korean tofu soup)- which is extremely hot. I got the pork bone broth with brisket and my friend got the kimchi rice noodles with beef slices. It comes with green onions, scallions, woodear mushroom, frozen tofu skin, tripe (I believe), corn, goji berry, raw quail egg, spam, lettuce, and beef pate/paste or satay. The soup base for the pork bone was flavorful and not as salty as I'm used to back in SJ. Brisket was salty by itself but putting it in and eating it with the soup, noodles, and ingredients made it perfection. I had a bit of my friend's kimchi soup but I wasn't a fan of it as it was sour for me. She enjoyed it but wanted it to be more a bit more spicy (you can ask for it to be more spicy!) We also got the salt & pepper fried tofu. It came after our soup but it was a really good treat during our meal. It's crunchy on the outside and bursting with S&P flavor and on the inside was the delicate, silken, soft tofu. Honestly, PERFECTION. The downside here really just portion size as the side ingredients you get are on this tiny dish. I wish you can get a bit more woodear, frozen tofu skin, and tripe because it feels underwhelming getting a tiny bit on a big bowl of noodles. I also didn't like iceberg lettuce they served as it doesn't make sense for this type of soup. I'm not sure if that's their default but Napa cabbage would be a better substitution.

First time trying Yunnan style and it was pretty interesting. Since it has been super cold lately, a bowl of hot soup is always the best to go! Came here on a weeknight so they were not busy. The place is decent in size and clean. I love beef brisket in general so I had to order their Original Beef Brisket to try. The brisket was super tender and just enough flavor. Portion was huge. Service was quick and attentive.

My family and i recently had dinner at Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle. The servers were friendly and attentive, making sure our table was well taken care of throughout the meal. They were also incredibly accommodating, which made it a great spot for families, especially with their kid-friendly approach. They have high chairs and they had brought us waters in boba containers so our kids won't likely spill the water all over. The restaurant was clean and simple. As for the food, it was delicious and satisfying, living up to the reputation of Yunnan rice noodles. The flavors were well-balanced, and the portions were generous. Although be careful with the spicy flavored ones, they're really spicy. I'll definitely be back for another bowl with more pictures!

10 Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle is serving up traditional Chinese soups in Elk Grove. I can confirm it's authentic bc it tastes just like my boyfriend's mom's food AND all the patrons were CHINESE chinese. That's when you know you're in the right spot! A friend told me their soup tasted watery but that was not my experience. It kinda leans on the salty side, you'll def want something sweet after! I thought all the broths we tried were so deep and flavorful. Loved everything we ate: *Popcorn Chicken $7.99 *Sticky Chicken Wings $10.99 *Tomato Brisket Soup, Szechuan Brisket Soup, Pork Bone Brisket Soup $17.99 I'm obsessed with hot stone bowls bc it keeps my food hot while I'm taking pics/recording. The portion size is HUUUGE. None of us could finish our meals--and that's saying a lot!!

The inside is bright, modern, feel welcoming atmosphere. The staffs are friendly. I order the A3. The broth comes out boiling, with the tray of different small dishes of fresh ingredients that you will add to the broth on your own. The noodle has a great texture that I like.

Oh yasss finally a great rice noodle spot in town. I can't eat spice, but braved it for the spicy braised beef noodle. I asked for reallly mild and it did not disappoint. The soup tastes like they've been slow cooking it for hoursss. They also do not skimp on the meat. Hope it stays like this! The meat noodle dishes are better than the seafood ones, so keep that in mind. They have mango sago for dessert too! In the same plaza as kohls, by golden 1.

09.22.2024 - 10 SECONDS YUNNAN RICE NOODLE - a clay pot hot pot experience - it's a bit pricey but if you want a different experience, it was well worth it - I ordered the Beef Brisket and Chinese sticky rice - it was very delicious - Thank you to my cousin for the delicious lunch. Originally we came in to do a little reunion between friends. It's pretty fun especially having your own broth, your own selection of meats. You can add extras if you want too. It does get pretty busy especially at lunch time. I've enjoyed my broth with my beef brisket and my sticky rice. Both were delicious.

I think I like it because it is different! There were so many yummy options that I finally settled for the green pepper fish rice noodles (A17). FYI - I'm pretty sure it was catfish. Initially, it was great, but then I started to taste the slightness of the mala, which is a numbing spice. I'm not a big fan of that, but everything else was really good. We were a party of 5 and 4 of us were experiencing this for the first time. Everyone really enjoyed it and talked about going back. I think their portion is huge, enough for 2 meals, and the price is reasonable. I do advised that if you go with small children, be very very careful because the soup that they bring out is very very hot! We ordered the popcorn chicken, which was cooked nice and crispy and just enough flavor. We also ordered the steamed bread with milk aroma... that was okay. They brought it out with our food so by the time we ate it, it was not as warm. These are best eaten when they are warm. So, if you order this, you may want to ask them to bring it later. Place is clean and the voice level is average. They can accommodate large groups if they are not full with smaller groups. Service was excellent. During cold rainy days, this would definitely hit the spot!
